The Constitution-Quality without Compromise.

The US Constitution

The Constitution-Quality without Compromise.

Stained Glass WindowAs I sat in Mass yesterday, the priest asked, “can you imagine living in a world where practicing your faith was suddenly outlawed?”  It occurred to me as I listened to the message how fortunate we are to live in the United States of America, a country where constitutional rights exist and have meaning.

The right to free speech, the right to exercise one’s faith, equality for all, are not just words or concepts.  These are legally identified rights afforded to each and everyone one of us and that but for living in this country we might not enjoy.  So, no, I cannot imagine a world where our constitutionally granted rights were suddenly outlawed.   Instead, I am grateful that I have the unique opportunity to help clients navigate the civil justice system.

Whether successful or not is within the purview of the judge and jury, but I am reminded how fortunate we are to live in a country where everyone

has a voice deserving of being heard.  This is particularly salient in my work where some of my clients have passed away due to their injuries, have memory loss caused by traumatic brain events, or are cognitively impaired due to the adverse implications of dementia.  I am humbled daily to give a voice to these folks and their families.

If you or someone else you know was injured due to someone else’s negligence, please feel free to call me.  I am happy to discuss your potential claim and assist you in exercising your legal rights.
